This incredible talented Korean designer, who was born and raised in Russia, has been educated in New York, Seoul and London. Being from a multicultural background she is continuously inspired by living across multiple different continents. The collection features actual pieces of art, as she used a frame, adding dimension and shape to defined silhouettes. Her work is artistic and edgy, both masculine and feminine, oftentimes fusing the two genders. She is pushing boundaries by deconstructing, reinventing and redefining silhouettes, blurring the lines between men’s and womenswear. Each piece is unique in shape, cut and combining texture and materials.
Yulia Di presented her latest collection “K.O.S.T” on the Oxford Fashion Studio runway in New York, last week.
